Qualifications: MBA/CA. Desirable: ACII (London), FIII, AICPCU
Experience: 5-10 years (Insurance/ Broking Operations)
Strong domain knowledge in P&C /Life & Health/Benefits/Pensions industry segments
Awareness of business issues, trends pertaining to industry
Ability to interact with business leaders
Awareness of regulatory issues in the US and European markets
Conceptualization and articulation of solutions to business issues
Conceptualization and articulation of solutions to business issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to work with ambiguity and motivate teams
Drive to completion
Ready to travel for short/long term to the US/Europe
