  Organic Gyaan - Natural and Organic Products Store is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, such as staff management, hiring processes, social welfare archiving of HR records. You will also be responsible for updating HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company. Additionally, introducing changes in the human resources process is also part of the job.

In addition, you will have a number of HR decisions to help push departmental and organizational progress.
The HR executive will be responsible for leading and directing HR activities.
Therefore, having a deep knowledge of the company structure is important.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements-

Excellent communication skills.
Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
Energetic with a can-do attitude.
Excellent presentation skills.
Top-notch knowledge of business administration and human resources
management.
Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs
Ability to create customized reports highlighting hiring trends in the industry,
employee turnover rates, and other critical data.

HR Administrative Requirements-

Certification in human resources, management or similar.
Proven experience in an HR role.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
