  Dotpe Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge and experience in a customer support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Customer-centric approach and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.

NOTE- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and technical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Document customer interactions and issue resolution in a database for tracking and reporting purposes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, including updates and new features, to effectively assist customers.
Provide customers with clear and concise information, advice, and solutions.
Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience and process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
