  Adecco India Private Limited is looking for HR/ Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be MSW/ MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field with 3 to 6 years proven work experience as an HR & Admin Executive. Must have good knowledge of labor legislation. Demonstrable leadership abilities with solid communication skills

Job Responsibilities-

General administration
Corporate office management
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Monitor HR departments budget
Manage employees grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
HRMIS
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
