Amsburg Industries Private Limited is looking for Back Office/ Admin Executive

Job Description	We are looking for excellent Back Office/ Admin Executive. Admin executives are the backbone of every organization. Create and maintain filing systems. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Distribute and route mail. Maintain space designated for completing applications and ensure it is clean, well maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities. Working closely with the Manger and acting to work as Assistant to the Manager/ Manage initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Managing Backend administrative tasks/ Give Support to front end sales team/Managing and Maintaining Customers. Sending, Receiving and Maintaining records/ Completes additional assigned tasks as required. Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies/Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills. Be a strategic thinker, initiative, proactive, result oriented. Creative thinking is a must.
