Job Description
|
Candidate must have MBA or graduate degree in human resources management or a related field from a reputed institution with minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in HR onboarding process or in a similar HR role. Should have good experience with HR standard software, and MS Office.
The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities-
Understanding the requirement on manpower from the business and sourcing candidates. Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews. Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the onboarding formalities. Collecting documents from the selected candidates.
