  Prime Apps Infotech Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA cum Technical Support Technician to join our growing OTT technology client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and clients, as well as performing quality assurance (QA) testing on our technology products and services.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Familiarity with OTT technology and streaming services
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with relevant technical tools and resources, including QA testing software and methods

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our OTT technology products and services
Diagnose and resolve technical problems using various tools and resources
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support activities
Perform QA testing on new and existing products and services to ensure they meet our high quality standards
Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support activities
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends to better serve our customers
Collaborate with other members of the technical support and QA teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
